Herriman grew from a small ranching town into one of the southwest valley's largest cities, with sprawling newer neighborhoods like Rosecrest, Providence Point, and the areas climbing toward Butterfield Canyon. The housing here is overwhelmingly recent, so panel work is usually clean, but the high concentration of young families upgrading builder-grade bathrooms keeps the Core and ADA packages busy.
