The industry habit is a low teaser price plus surprise line items: the outlet, the flange, the disposal. We price the whole job up front because that is how we would want to be quoted. Common cost questions:
No. The licensed GFCI outlet install is part of every package price. It is the single most commonly hidden cost in this industry, and we refuse to play that game.
Yes. A flange upgrade typically runs about $100 on its own, and a shut-off valve upgrade about $150. Both come standard with every package at no extra charge, roughly $250 in included value before the toilet is even considered.
Included. We disconnect, remove, and dispose of your existing toilet as part of every job.
If you already own a smart toilet, our install-only service is quoted by phone and is the most affordable path. If you want the toilet included, Tier 1 at $1,850 is our best entry point, and it is a genuinely good unit, not a compromise.
No travel fees anywhere in our standard service area, which covers Utah County and the Salt Lake Valley.
