The Core tier is where most Utah homeowners begin, and for good reason: every unit here is a genuine smart toilet with a heated seat, warm-water wash, and auto-open lid, fully installed for a flat $1,850. Nothing about it feels like a compromise. If you want ADA comfort height or HSA/FSA-friendly features, the ADA tier steps up from here. Either way, the free flange, valve, and GFCI upgrades come standard.
