Established east-bench homes, remodel-driven demand, one all-in package.

Unlike some of the newer-construction cities on our route, Cottonwood Heights is mostly built out, with an established, higher-income population that tends to call us during a bathroom remodel rather than for new construction.
Homes on the east bench often predate modern bathroom outlet requirements entirely, so the licensed GFCI install is usually the single most important part of the job, and it is included in every package we sell, not an upsell.
Cottonwood Heights sits at the mouth of Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, well within our standard Salt Lake Valley service area with no travel fee.
Cottonwood Heights earned its City Between the Canyons name, sitting right at the mouths of Big and Little Cottonwood on the way to the ski resorts. The housing is mostly established, with mature 1960s to 1980s neighborhoods around Fort Union and the bench streets below the canyons, meaning original cast-iron flanges and aging shut-off valves are common and worth upgrading the moment a smart toilet is installed. Many homes here also have finished lower levels with a second bathroom on the list. The proximity to Snowbird and Alta means a lot of these bathrooms are second homes and rentals where a hands-free, self-cleaning toilet is a real amenity. Cottonwood Heights sits on our regular Salt Lake Valley loop off I-215, so installs schedule easily and the all-in package handles electrical, plumbing, and disposal in one visit.
