A small city with one of the highest household incomes in the state.

Cedar Hills is one of the smaller cities on our route by population, but its household incomes rank among the highest in Utah, and the install requests we get reflect that: mostly Best and Luxury tier, rarely entry-level.
A number of Cedar Hills homes back up to the golf course with layouts that call for a bit more planning around furniture and hallway clearance, something our crew accounts for before the truck ever pulls up.
Cedar Hills sits close enough to our Orem shop that it slots easily into the same week as any other northern Utah County stop, with no added travel fee.
Cedar Hills is a small foothill community tucked between American Fork Canyon and Highland, built largely from the 1990s onward around the Cedar Hills Golf Club and the benches overlooking Utah Valley. The housing here skews newer and upscale, which usually means clean panel work, but the higher-end primary bathrooms come with an expectation that the finished install looks flawless. Homes along the upper streets near the canyon often have finished basements with a second bathroom that gets added to the job. Cedar Hills sits just up the hill from our Orem shop on the regular Utah County route, so there is no travel fee and scheduling is quick. Whether it is a bench home with a valley view or a family house near Mesquite, the package covers the outlet, flange upgrade, valve, and disposal in one trip.
